One of the items in the Pack is out of stock. What do I do?Updated 2 years ago

We do our best to keep all our items in stock and available for order. But due to the premium-quality and value of our products, we occasionally receive a higher volume of orders than expected and may run out of your favorite product. Please know that the manufacturing, sourcing, and shipping team is always working to get your item back in stock.

In the meantime, we can remove the unavailable item from your Pack, ship the available products as soon as you place your order, and send your out-of-stock item the minute it becomes available again. You can make a request for us to swap your out-of-stock item with a similar product relevant to your needs.
